Looking for something more meaningful to do with your spare time?
Incorporated in March 1972, the Johnston County Arts Council has worked hard for 36 years to support the arts in Johnston County. Now the Arts Council is looking for volunteers to assist in the organization’s growth and progress. Volunteer activities include assisting with special events, filing, preparing mailings, data entry, and other office duties as needed. If you have graphic design skills or are interested in social networking, you would be most valuable! However, all ages, backgrounds, and experiences are invited to help support the arts and the community in a meaningful way.
Volunteers can work as often or as little as their schedule or interest allows, and volunteer opportunities are available year-round.
