Hi Everyone,
This is JCAC’s new intern, Samantha Cole. I just wanted to put out a blog post to let everyone affiliated with or interested in JCAC how amazed and impressed I am with the dedication of Johnston County residents toward art programs. It is truly inspirational to see such an avid interest and appreciation for the arts within a community.
Lately, I have been working with Jessica to continue promoting and advertising not only the arts council in general but also specific upcoming events, like the Short Circuit Film Festival. I have also been given the pleasure of meeting several of you affiliated with the Arts Council, be it in board meetings or trips to local museums and other arts venues. I have thoroughly enjoyed the internship so far and continue to get a lot out of it.
Lastly, I’d just like to thank everyone for the warm welcome and for your continued support in this great organization!

I’m thrilled for you…what a great opportunity to learn from somebody like Jessica. I appreciate all the good work that is done for Johnston County through JCAC. We really need it! I look forward to working with you soon. Until then…enjoy your new internship! And JCAC-keep up the good work!
